Delivery Information
UK standard delivery
Standard delivery to mainland UK is free on all orders (excluding Scottish Highlands and remote areas)
We aim deliver the majority of our orders within 7 working days.
Deliveries to UK addresses are made Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 9.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland will incur a delivery charge.
Deliveries out side mainland UK details on request.
We will try our utmost to deliver your goods within the timescale of 7 working days, however this may not always be possible with stock availability. Therefore if there is a problem with your order in anyway we will contact you by either phone or email and let you know the problem and what we will do to rectify the situation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign that the products you have ordered have arrived and are in good quality (and have not been damaged in transit). Please check your items carefully and sign to confirm this is the case - any damaged products should be given back to the courier to return, so that a replacement product can be sent out to you.
